A common complaint across the insurance industry is access to meaningful data, especially on policies that have been placed. What a lot of people don't realize though, is that they're already sitting on a treasure trove of information.
Most agents / advisors that I talk to store information on the policy as it is being issued, and then don't do a lot with it afterward. BUT, with this information already on hand, you can proactively manage these policies:
- Premium due dates
- Anniversary dates
- Client birthdates
- Term milestones; conversion end dates or level term end dates
