With the SEC Reg BI Compliance Date of June 30, 2020 rapidly approaching, the team at Proformex sought ways to help life insurance industry professionals feel prepared and confident about establishing their compliance with these new regulations. Through a combination of materials produced by the Proformex team as well as resources from other industry experts and publications, they have compiled a comprehensive warehousing of all the relevant data broker-dealers and producers alike will need in the coming months.
